Dr. Beth Weisberger
Dr. Weisberger grew up in Akron, OH, then earned her BS from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. An MS in Herpetology, from Auburn University in Alabama, Dr. Weisberger then received her veterinary degree from Ohio State University in 1990.
She began her internship wiht Miamitown Pet Hospital and Peachgraove Veterinary Hospital in Cincinnati before coming to the Dayton Animal Hospital. Dr. Weisberger worked with Doctors Smith and Fergus at all of our satelite offices, Gettysburg Animal Clinic, North Main Animal Clinic and Clayton Animal Hospital until 1993. She then began working at Kettering Animal Hospital until 1995 where she hoaned her skills treating exotics and reptiles.
She returned to the Dayton Animal Hospital again in 1995, as a partner of the corporation. She has now bought out the other partners and is the sole owner of the corporation. She now has 3 associate veterinarians and 20 staff members working with her.
Dr. Weisberger is a member of the Humane Society Veterinary Advisory Board, Miami Valley Veterinary Medical Assocation, OVMA and the AVMA.
Dr. Weisberger has 5 dogs, 4 cats, 4 horses and 1 amazon parrot at home, and spends her free time bicycling, hiking and competing in three-day eqestrian events.
